Common Questions About Our Account Terms

If you breach terms — such as using multiple accounts, attempting fraud, or playing from a restricted region — we may suspend your account pending review. Funds in your wallet remain yours; we'll explain the issue and give you a chance to respond before any permanent action.

Yes, you can request account closure in Account > Settings > Close Account. Any balance in your wallet is yours to withdraw before closure. Once closed, you cannot reopen the same account; you may create a new one after 30 days if you choose.

Withdrawals to DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS clear within one hour on business days. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. We verify your identity on the first withdrawal; subsequent requests process faster once verified.

Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 across all payment methods. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction depends on your account history; we'll show you the limit in the withdrawal form.

Your deposits are held in a segregated settlement account separate from our operating funds. We do not lend your balance or use it for trading. Funds are yours to withdraw at any time, subject to our terms and local law.

All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game server. If you believe a technical error occurred — such as a display glitch or incorrect payout — contact support with the time, game name and bet ID. We investigate with logs and respond within 24 hours.
